Weeks

I'm watching The Horse Whisperer, its an amazing film that i haven't seen in a while.
I was watching the new dvds i got yesterday....its a bit of a jump from comedy to quite intense drama.

Now that its been almost a month since i went to London, so i can't remember all the little details that i would have put in here when i first got back. Here are some fun bits i remember:

-The guy next to me on the train; i was sure he was reading some kind of japanese porno mag.

-Lewis blaming me for the train being late.

-Having adventures on the Tube.

-Getting slightly lost in and around Leicester Square. And hearing Lewis squeal like a girl.

-Meeting Lucy, Lex and Alex in Ed's Diner, and having the most yummy milkshake in the world.

-Following Alex's satnav on his iPhone while trying to find the venue.

-Briefly meeting some of the other Angry-Feeters (they weren't really hard to find, with their boas on).

-Watching Tim, which was AMAZING! I'd forgotten how funny some of his songs are.It was such a shame we couldn't all sit together (Its your fault Lewis!)

-Ambushing Tim outside the stage door, and being jealous of him hugging Lucy.

-Lex doing Face/Replaced with the cone i was tempted to steal. And Alex hiding her shoe in the phone box on the Tube platform. And the drunken guys walking past us shouting "Fuck off.....you fucking foreigners" (or something to that effect).

-Alex running along side the Tube to see us off.

-Walking through London at night, back to the hotel with Lewis.

-Wandering around London on my own for a few hours.

So all in all London was amazing. I can't wait to go there again.

Christmas was really good. Rachel, my sister and Jane, her girlfriend came down from uni in Carlisle to stay here for a few days. We went to my aunt's house on Boxing Day, where we played on the Wii and my cousin strained his already injured knee playing one of the games. We were all fairly worn out and then my aunt got out her newest game, which was the Wii music one.

Its appallingly bad. Its almost embarrassing that the game should be this bad.

I got lots of nice things from everyone. Rachel decided to buy me a kid's rainbow scarf and the thickest gloves in the world. I didn't get as much money as i would have liked, but its my birthday in 9 days (!!) so hopefully i can save up enough soon and get me the ukulele i want so desperately.

New Years wasn't that eventful. Rach and Jane had gone back to Carlisle already, and i wasn't invited to any parties. Mum went out bell-ringing, to ring in the New Year, so dad said we weren't allowed any champagne till mum got home. I was downstairs on the laptop, cos mine still had the plague at the time. I spent the whole night talking to DeLaNe on Skype and Lewis on msn. I stayed up till 3am on New Years morning talking to DeLaNe, it was a bit weird talking to someone 11 hours ahead of me. Time Zones confuse me.
