Lots of small things

First, some bad news.

I'm not going to see Lee Evans tonight. Beck's cousin and gf are still going so i'm not getting their tickets and i don't fancy sitting on my toddly with nobody i know at all.
One person has shown an interest in my ticket, but they've yet to decide for definite. I know one person who'd jump at the chance, but i've no way of contacting them.
So that's all falling to shit :(

I was in town again today, did some retail therapy. I went to the station to get some tickets to see my beloved on his birthday. While i was in the queue behind these two guys, wasn't really paying any attention to them, i was watching the people outside the window and thinking about the stories that brought them to the station.
The canadian guy in front of them turned around and asked if they were from Khazakstan (sp?). They said yes and then he started a big long friendly convo with them. I listened in as he explained about where he was from and where he'd been and everything he knew about where they were from and the surrounding area.
I then went to Thorntons in the station, which is tiny. There was another couple in there when i went in, but they left soon so i was left on my toddly. I could see the woman behind the desk staring at me and willing me to buy something. So i pretended to answer my phone as an excuse to escape.

I went to Primark, got a nice top and looked at dresses and jeans. Went to another Thorntons and got what i wanted. Went to Waterstones and got Eclipse and Breaking Dawn (*squee*) and also saw the new Noughts and Crosses book. I'm really looking forward to the Twilight film coming out soon. But i can't go see it on the first night cos i'm going to a friend's 18th.

I saw Ed Byrne on the way back to the bus stop!!!! I would have stopped and talked to him if he weren't on the phone.

thats all for now.
i'm off to watch 27 dresses with my mummy.
